Dill Pickle Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts chopped
- 2 stalks of celery chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickles chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1-2 tsp dill pickle mustard * you can also just do yellow mustard and add dill
- 1/2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine your chopped chicken, celery, and pickles.
- Stir in the mayo and mustard until itโs creamy and well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for about 20 minutes if you can waitโit lets the flavors mingle.
- Serve on a croissant, sandwich bread, crackers, or in lettuce wraps.
