M’s Favorite GF Sourdough Bread

Having a gluten-free household can be a drag for baking, but especially difficult when starting sourdough from scratch. It takes quite a few weeks to get the sourdough started, but then you can use it forever. You just have to continue to care for it. I had mine in the fridge all summer and would pull it out once a week to feed it. This recipe from Bakerita blog my absolute favorite and while yes, very time-consuming, is absolutely worth it to get delicious sourdough! Highly recommend! I’ve included all the ingredients and tools I use to make it easier for you to get started.
