Tomato season is about to start here in the Midwest, and if you’re anything like us, we have a hard time keeping up with them. Here is one of our favorite ways to use them!! Save this post to use soon!

Ingredients:
- 2 cartons of cherry or grape tomatoes (or enough to mostly fill a 9 x 13 pan)
- 1 cup of your favorite savory cream cheese (reg or df)
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 box spaghetti (I use gf)
- fresh basil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Add all the tomatoes to the pan, placing the cream cheese in the center.
3. Add the oil and spices, then mix everything with your hands.
4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and are soft.
5. Prepare the pasta according to the package directions while the tomatoes bake.
6. Once both are done, add the pasta to the tomatoes and toss to combine. Top with fresh basil.
7. Serve as is or with grilled chicken for some protein! ENJOY!
