Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso
Our copycat recipe for the Starbucks Shaken Espresso.

Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp vanilla
Latte Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coffee or double shot of espresso
- 1 cup ice
- 4 tsp brown sugar syrup
Brown Sugar Syrup
Combine brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pot on the stove.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour into a mason jar and cool.
Keep it in your refrigerator after use
Latte Instructions
Brew a double shot of espresso or coffee
Put some ice in a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) with your espresso (or coffee), and brown sugar syrup
Shake it up and set aside
Fill a glass ¾ full with ice
Pour espresso mixture over ice, top with creamy oat milk and enjoy!
