Chocolate Dipped Fruit

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups fruit (I used strawberries, oranges, blueberries and blackberries, but you can use whatever you have on hand. Apples and bananas would be good too!)
  • chia seeds (optional)
  • hemp hearts (optional)
  • unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare the fruit. If you're using small fruit like blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, I put them on a toothpick, which made them easier to dip.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil together for one minute and then stir. Repeat every 30 seconds after that.
  • Dip the fruit in the chocolate and then top with the optional toppings.
  • Once finished, place the fruit in the refrigerator (or garage if cold enough) for about 30 minutes and then enjoy!
