Cuisine American
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut oil - melted
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line two rimmed baking plans with parchment paper.
Mix all dry ingredients together and then all wet ingredients together. Then mix the wet and dry ingredients together and spread out evenly on both pans.
Bake for 30 minutes - mixing after 10 minutes and 20 minutes. Do not mix after 30 minutes.
Let it sit for 20 minuets on the stove so it forms the yummy clumps.
After it has cooled, transfer to either a plastic bag or Tupperware container. It does not need to be refrigerated.
