4cupsmixed berries (I love using raspberries and wild blueberries. If you're using bigger fruit like strawberries or even blueberries, I would cut them into smaller pieces.)
1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
1/2cupbutter or coconut oil(melted)
1 1/2cupoats
1cupalmond flour
1/2cupcoconut sugar(brown sugar works too)
1Tbsp.cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the bottom of a pie pan or 8 by 8 square pan with butter or coconut oil.
Toss the mixed berries in arrowroot powder and add to pan.
Combine the melted butter or coconut oil, oats, almond flour, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Spread evenly on top of the fruit.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly and serve with your favorite ice cream!
