Cobb Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 heads of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts grilled and chopped
  • 1 pkg cooked bacon chopped
  • 3 hardboiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 ears grilled corn cut off the cob
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill

DF Ranch Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vinegar apple cider or white
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped dill (or 2 tsp dried dill)
  • water to thin

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the lettuce, chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, corn and tomatoes to a large bowl.
  • Next make up the dressing by adding all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk.
  • You can add a splash of water to thin the dressing out if needed! Continue until you get your desired consistency.
  • Top dressing and toss all of the ingredients together. ENJOY!
