Gluten Free Peach and Blueberry Crisp
Fruit crisps are one of my favorite summer desserts, and I especially love combining fruits to make the best combinations! This easy and delicious recipe will be a fan favorite!

- 5-6 peaches peeled and diced
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup GF flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray the bottom of a pie pan or 8 x 8 baking pan.
Add in the peaches and blueberries.
Melt the butter.
Add the remaining ingredients (oats, flour, brown sugar, vanilla and salt) to the melted butter.
Mix to combine and pour the topping over the fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream
